Mass Covid 19 update. This is for today. Cases dipped down a little, to 2,470, and they did 65,848 tests, so the Positive Test Rate remained elevated at 3.8%. Deaths ticked up some, to seven. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,582,791 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,059 Bad news in the hospitals. Thirty six more people went into the hospital, and seven more went into the ICU. That brings those numbers up to 343 and 37, respectively.

Mass Covid 19 update. Cases skyrocketed up, to 2,962, and they did 75,188 tests, so the Positive Test Rate jumped up to 3.9%. Deaths though were very low, at two. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,580,321 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,052 Mixed news in the hospitals. Twenty one more people went into the hospital but four got out of the ICU. That brings those numbers to 307 and 30, respectively.

Mass Covid 19 update. Cases keep going up, which is concerning. They came in at 1,969 today. They did more tests, 65,082 to be exact, so the Positive Test Rate dropped down to 3.0%. Deaths were very low, at only ONE. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,577,359 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,050 More bad news in the hospitals. Twenty four more people went into the hospital but only one more went into the ICU. That brings those numbers up to 286 and 34, respectively.

Mass Covid 19 update. Cases came in at 1,712 and they only did 40,660 tests, so the Positive Test Rate jumped up to 4.2%, which is the highest it's been since early February. Deaths ticked up too, to twelve. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,575,390 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,049 More negative news in the hospitals. Nineteen more people went into the hospital today but at least three got out of the ICU. That brings those numbers to 262 and 33, respectively.

Mass Covid 19 update. We had 4,000 cases this weekend. That works out to 1,333 per day, so not the worst but it's not getting much better. They did only 112,372 tests, or about 37,457 per day, so the Positive Test Rate jumped all the way up to 3.6%. Deaths were moderate, at seven for the weekend, or just over two per day. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,573,678 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,037 More people went into the hospital over the weekend. Twelve more to be exact. There was no change in the ICU. That brings those numbers to 243 and 36, respectively.

Mass Covid 19 update. Very good news to report today. Cases came in at 2,888 over the weekend, which works out to 963 per day, which is a lot lower than it has been. They only did 115,201 tests, or only 38,400 per day, so the Positive Test Rate ticked up to 2.5%. Deaths though, came in at ZERO, which for three days is absolutely fantastic. The last day we had zero deaths was July 13th of last year, and that was just one day. There were only four other days during this entire pandemic that we had zero deaths. I hope it becomes a trend. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,563,869 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,006 Slight improvement in the hospitals. Eight people got out of the hospital and two got out of the ICU. That brings those numbers down to 216 and 31, respectively.

Deaths ticked up a little, to ten. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,560,981 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,006 We crossed the 19,000 threshold for deaths today, with the revised numbers. Slight increases in the hospitals, three more people went into the hospital, and one more went into the ICU. That brings those numbers up to 224 and 33, respectively.

Cases jumped up to 1,472, which is the highest it's been in ten days, and they did only slightly more tests than yesterday, 61,407 to be exact, so the Positive Test Rate jumped back up to 2.4%. Deaths jumped up a bit too, to seven. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,559,539 Total Confirmed Deaths: 18,996 Some backsliding in the hospitals. Eleven more people went into the hospital and three more went into the ICU. That brings those numbers up to 221 and 32, respectively.

Cases ticked up, to 1,252, but that's partially because they did more than 20,000 more tests today compared to yesterday, 57,820 to be exact. That caused the Positive Test Rate to dip a little to 2.2% Deaths were very low, as I said, coming in at only ONE. This is a good thing.
