Mass Covid 19 update. More bad news today. Cases ticked up, to 844, and they only did 38,616 tests so the Positive Test Rate jacked up to 2.2%. Deaths dropped down to three. Total Confirmed Cases: 667,723 Total Confirmed Deaths: 17,724 Another bad day in the hospitals. Twenty one more people went into the hospital and one more went into the ICU. That brings those numbers up to 197 and 40, respectively.

Mass Covid 19 update. This is not getting better, indeed the contrary. Cases shot up to 742, and they did 40,967 tests, so the Positive Test Rate rose to 1.8%. Deaths rose too, to eight. That brings those numbers up to 176 and 39, respectively.

Cases dipped down slightly, to 598, and they did more tests, 41,117 to be exact, so the Positive Test Rate dropped down to 1.5%. Deaths dipped down from yesterday, at six. Mass Covid 19 update. More very bad news today. Cases shot up, to 657, and they did 31,281 tests, so the Positive Test Rate shot all the way up to 2.1%. Deaths skyrocketed up to 12. There was only one more person going into the ICU, so at least that's moderately good. That brings those numbers to 152 and 33, respectively.

They did 74,843 tests, which jacked the Positive Test Rate up to 1.7%. Deaths came in at seven, which is 2 and a third a day. Well one nice positive thing has happened over the past couple weeks. After averaging 69 deaths per day in the month of January, which wasn't that long ago, we've averaged only 1.3 Covid deaths a day over the past 19 days. The two weeks before that we averaged four deaths per day. The two weeks before that we averaged six deaths per day. Things are getting better in the deaths department at least, even if we're getting a spike in cases over the past couple days. In January we were averaging over 4,500 cases a day so 191 isn't THAT horrible, but the rise is concerning.

Mass Covid 19 update. Cases are spiking in Massachusetts, with 191 coming in today. They only did 22,389 tests so the Positive Test Rate jumped way up to 0.9%. Mass Covid 19 update. This is for the past three days, as Massachusetts is no longer publishing data on the weekends. Cases ticked up a bit, to 322, which is 107 per day. They did 56,372 tests over the past three days so the Positive Test Rate jumped up to 0.6%. Apparently the Delta variant is targeting our remaining unvaccinated people fairly effectively. Despite this, there was only ONE death over the past three days, so that's great. There was some backsliding in the hospitals though. Fourteen more people went into the hospital and ten more went into the ICU. That brings those numbers up to 101 and 35, respectively.

Cases ticked up, to 169, which is the highest number we've had since June 5th. They did 33,087 tests, so the Positive Test Rate stayed locked on 0.3%. There were ZERO deaths, which is great.
