They did 47,054 tests, so the Positive Test Rate ticked up to 2.7%.
Deaths soared, up to sixteen. This is not good.
Forty five more people went into the hospital, but only one more went into the ICU. That means that 575 people are in the hospital now and 140 are in the ICU.
I've gotten a bit behind on the Covid thing these past couple weeks. This report is for last Tuesday. I'll be catching up over the next day or so. The numbers here are for four days cause it was a long weekend with Patriot's Day. Cases came in at 6,514, which is 1,628 per day. They did 148,111 tests, or about only 37,028 per day, so the Positive Test Rate jumped up to 4.4%. Deaths were extremely low, with only TWO over four days, which is great. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,589,305 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,061 Relatively good news in the hospitals. Fifteen people got out of the hospital, and two got out of the ICU. That brings those numbers down to 328 and 35, respectively.
Mass Covid 19 update. Cases ticked down a bit, to 1,637, and they did 58,640 tests, so the Positive Test Rate stayed at 2.8%. Deaths ticked down, nicely, to only two. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,569,678 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,030 Big backsliding in the hospitals today. Thirty one people went into the hospital and eight went into the ICU. That brings those numbers up to 231 and 36, respectively. Ouch.
Mass Covid 19 update. So so news today. Cases stayed about the same as yesterday, coming in at 1,442, they did a few more tests, 69,688 to be exact, so the Positive Test Rate dropped down to 2.1%. Deaths ticked up a little, to ten. Total Confirmed Cases: 1,560,981 Total Confirmed Deaths: 19,006 We crossed the 19,000 threshold for deaths today, with the revised numbers. Slight increases in the hospitals, three more people went into the hospital, and one more went into the ICU. That brings those numbers up to 224 and 33, respectively.
